What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tunnel & Press Operator (Part-Time) position at Healthcare Linen Services Group?
Shift Hours- 10:30am- Close
Sunday Off/ One Day During The Week
JOB SUMMARY:
Ensures the tunnel is loaded correctly and efficiently running.
Starts and stops the water pumps, tunnel washer, press, shuttle, dryers, and conveyors.
Reports any deficiencies to maintenance.
Keeps work area clean of linen and trash.
Maintains lint traps and lint collectors.
Resolves computer alarms.
Maintains proper level on tanks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Be able to stand on feet up for long periods of time
Sufficient manual dexterity to complete tasks
Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
