Hours Available: Day Shift Sunday, Saturday, Wednesday 7a-7p!
Hours available- Night Shift Sunday, Monday, Saturday 11p-7a!

Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent Communication Skills
