HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Field Pediatric RN Case Manager to fill an opening with a Managed Care Organization in Lubbock, TX.
Daily Responsibilities for Field Pediatric RN Case Manager:
- The Field Pediatric RN Case Manager is required to complete up to 4 Screening and Assessment Instrument (SAI) assessments and 3 Biannual Assessments in 1 week.
- The Field Pediatric RN Case Manager is required to completed contractual outreaches monthly which can range between 30-50 calls. Adherence to turn around times for documentation is also essential for the position.
- This is a FIELD position and schedule is Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM (must be flexible with hours - may work 5-10 hours of overtime needed to go see a member after hours when they're out of school)
- Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree is preferred)
- Active State RN License in TX
- 2 years of Pediatric experience is required.
- Case Management or Home Health Care experience is required
- Ability to learn new technologies and enter assessments into program as they’re being conducted.
- Clear and active driving record, reliable transportation, and insurance
