Daily Responsibilities for Medical Assistant / MA:
- Taking temperature, oximetry readings/normal blood oxygen saturation level, vitals, weight, drawing blood, performing blood pressure checks, and rooming patients.
- Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Phlebotomy skills, no ports, must be able to take blood pressures, and temperatures
- Shift: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
- MA Diploma
- 2 years of experience as an MA
- EMR Experience
- Phlebotomy and Injections exp
- Strong computer Skills
Preferred Qualifications for Medical Assistant / MA:
- Front desk exp
- ECW experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
