Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse to fill an opening with a Large Healthcare Network based in Sartell, Minnesota.
 
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
  • The Resident Care Director oversees overall wellness and assessments of residents and provides ongoing support to assess and improve care
  • Supervisors staff hiring and development, scheduling/assignments, and coaches team to improve performance
  • Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (opportunity for 4x10 schedule if preferred)
    • On-call: every 4th weekend only – staffing only (non-clinical)
  
Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
  • Active RN License in Minnesota
  • Interpersonal, training, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer charting

Preferred Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
  • Leadership experience
  • ALF, dementia, geriatric experience

Pay Details: $80,000 - $85,000 per year (based on experience) $5,000 sign-on bonus
