Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurseto fill an opening with a Large Healthcare Network based in Sartell, Minnesota.
Daily Responsibilities for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
The Resident Care Director oversees overall wellness and assessments of residents and provides ongoing support to assess and improve care
Supervisors staff hiring and development, scheduling/assignments, and coaches team to improve performance
Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm (opportunity for 4x10 schedule if preferred)
On-call: every 4th weekend only – staffing only (non-clinical)
Required Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
Active RN License in Minnesota
Interpersonal, training, and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer charting
Preferred Qualifications for Resident Services Manager / Registered Nurse:
Leadership experience
ALF, dementia, geriatric experience
