Resident Services Manager Daily Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain appropriate resident care
- Assess current and prospective residents
- Participate in care conferences with families
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical staff
- Follow HIPAA and all other policies
Minimal Requirements for Resident Services Manager:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Nursing License in South Dakota
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Needs to be comfortable with computer charting systems
