Daily Responsibilities for a Case Manager RN:
- Discharge planning.
- Interviewing patients/families.
- Assessing patients.
- Attending Inpatient Rounds.
- Documentation.
- Completing MCG review timely.
- Active CA RN license
- 2 years of Case Management exp
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
8-5 (it includes occasional weekends and holidays).
