HealthCare Support is currently seeking a Home Health RN to fill an opening with a leading hospice organization in Antioch/South Nashville, TN
The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for Home Health RN
- Clear and active RN license in the state of TN
- 2 years of RN experience
- Comfortable working with the death and dying

Assignment details for the Home Health RN
- Using nursing knowledge to provide appropriate care
- Collaborating with IDT, patient, and family, ensuring hospice plan of care.
- Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
