Daily Responsibilities of a Medical Assistant:
- Taking temperature, oximetry readings/normal blood oxygen saturation level, vitals, weight, drawing blood, performing blood pressure checks, and rooming patients
- Responsible for phlebotomy, laboratory testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and maintenance
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist in a busy office (150 patients daily)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with phlebotomy, 20 sticks per day
- Good computer skills
Hours for this Position:
Shifts are Monday through Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
Off on weekends and all major holidays!
