Healthcare Support is seeking a skilled Dialysis Travel Nurse RN to join our team in Chehalis, Washington.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dialysis Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in dialysis nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
• Ability to work 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
