Description
HTS is searching for Speech Language Pathologists to join the PRN team for our partner continuing care retirement community located in Goshen, Indiana. The main responsibility of the SLP in this position will be to cover evaluations, progress notes, treatments and discharges on a PRN, as needed basis.
In addition to our PRN needs, a full time SLP position is available including senior living facilities located in Goshen, South Bend and New Carlisle, Indiana. Or we can consider part time including just the facility in Goshen.
PRN with HTS is very flexible and very little commitment is needed: Work only when our staffing needs match your availability!
Requirements
Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
