3 month contract with opportunity to convert to permanent full time employee based on performance.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities
- Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns by providing content messaging, coordinating with team members, managing department deadlines, and communicating with key stakeholders
- Perform writing, copywriting, editing, and proofing of marketing materials, web content, social media posts, blogs, and online advertising
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
- Organize and manage all marketing and brand collateral for large events
- Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, from 4-year accredited college or University preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge in marketing software such as CMS, CMR, social media management & monitoring tools, and SEO
- Highly skilled in writing and proofreading various types of content like social, blogs, white papers, website content, etc.
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords
- Enjoys working with a team and various stakeholders to create high-quality content that meets deadlines
