The Position :

  • Monday - Friday with protected admin time
  • One full day of OR
  • Academic faculty appointment with adjacent medical school

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Guaranteed 1st year salary, with unlimited wRVU based compensation for subsequent years; estimate eligible compensation $755,000 for 75th percentile productivity
  • Full suite of benefits to include lifestyle spending account, 100% STD, malpractice and tail; impressive retirement contributions
  • More than 40 days off per year and up to 7K for CME
