- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mathematics, healthcare administration or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and comfort in decision making and in presenting recommendations
- Health care revenue cycle knowledge
- Advanced analytical skills and methods
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Alteryx and other software applications
- Identification and development of hospital client’s baseline revenue cycle vendor performance
- Customization and development of Healthfuse’s client reporting packages
- Research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative performance of healthcare revenue cycle vendors throughout the industry
- Creating monthly inventory reconciliation reporting package
- Lead the organization’s efforts with regards to vendor profiling, analysis, and new client sourcing needs
- Development and analysis of client value proposition
- Development and analysis of client accounts receivable reporting
- Development and analysis of vendor prospectus
- Meet weekly reporting and client deliverable deadlines
- Consistent accuracy in all reporting deliverables
