What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Healthgram?
Healthgram’s Clinic Division is growing! This division operates on-site and near-site clinics that are utilized by companies and private-pay patients to provide quality health care to their patients. In addition to Healthgram’s clinics, we also lease our world-class EHR (Electronic Health Record) software to other 3rd party providers.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and driving forward all client-driven requests for Healthgram’s Clinic Division. These requests may include EHR enhancements, new or enhanced data feeds, new or enhanced reporting, compliance regulations and the addition of new clinics/clients/patients.
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Participate in Client Request Review meetings to ensure that all requests are explored as much as possible before considering for implementation
- Evaluate production issues that are reported, getting as much detail and as many examples as possible to relay to IT.
- Organize and track all client requests/issues that have been submitted for IT development or resolution.
- Assist the Product Manager by communicating the evolving priorities that shift when assessing all requests/issues/projects as a whole.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing, helping to ensure projects and resolutions adhere to and/or resolve the needs and requests.
What the ideal Project Coordinator would bring:
- At least one year experience as a business analyst or project manager
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with project management systems
- Jira experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with clients and personnel
- Highly motivated and organized
