Job Description

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing practice. Around 30 consistent work hours with possible room to grow. You must exemplify an outgoing, friendly personality. The position offers the opportunity to grow and change with the needs of our organization. We are looking for an individual who is reliable and passionate about non-invasive patient care and business growth. The position includes direct involvement in patient care.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in healthcare or other related fields is preferred
  • Able to travel occasionally
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
  • Ability to quickly learn insurance verification and patient collection procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
