We are HealthStar Home Health and Hospice, and Good, is what we do! Now hiring a Hospice Chaplain/Bereavement Coordinator to work alongside our team of Hospice professionals supporting families through the Hospice experience.

Position duties include
- Provide spiritual support and resources to clients and families/caregivers in the Hospice program (serving Duluth and Grand Rapids area *traveling will be required)
- Coordinate grief counseling needs and services to families, and provide support to hospice personnel coping with work related grief
- Maintain records of spiritual care utilization and related activities
Qualifications
Applicants should have the ability to build relationships with our clients and be comfortable visiting them in their homes. Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited seminary school or theology (BD, MDiv), and have previous experience working in hospice.
