Your Role As a HealthStreamer 

Position Summary

The Data Entry Associate will support the Professional Services WDS department as a temporary employee by working under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, customer engagement/professional services.

The Data Entry Associate will be responsible for the duties and responsibilities listed below. This would include, but is not limited to, data entry, copying/pasting content from one system to another, digitizing paper forms, and updating customer project plans. 

The length of temporary employment is 8 weeks. Depending manager discretion and project needs, this timeframe may be extended. Hours vary week by week, depending on projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents

• Digitize paper forms

• Assist with accurate data entry

• Data conversion - copy/paste content from one internal system to another

• Update customer project plans

• Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

• Complete projects as assigned working closely with the lead Professional Services Team member on any given project.

• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Other duties as required.

Education, Experience and Knowledge Required

• Minimum High School Diploma or Associate's degree

Skills and Abilities Required

• Excellent written, and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Proven ability to work independently, exhibiting a high level of personal ownership and accountability.

• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team.
