Job Summary and Qualifications

Primary function of the Order Fulfillment Specialist role is to ensure the pricing, finished good item information set up to each distribution and customer, correct distribution/customer routing, accuracy and timely delivery of goods for sale to all customers and distribution points. Position will also be responsible to create and monitor systematic transactions of those Finished Goods to ensure proper transfer of ownership and billing requirements.

• Communicates with shipping material handlers, Sterile Load Specialist, Supervisor, Material Planner, Quality Assurance, transportation colleagues, and contract sterilizer in regards to sterile load configuration and product availability.
• Monitors all available products located within distribution facilities, contract sterilizer, and consolidates for shipping by all methods, expedites, LTL and TL.
• Communicates with appropriate transportation carriers to coordinate and schedule shipment by customers and distribution point.
• Confirms customer (consignee) delivery of all shipped goods through Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Reconciles any delivery discrepancies related to shipment quantities that are Over, Short & Damage (OS&D) along with any pricing issues
• Coordinates and determines shipping mode: TL, LTL, Parcel, Expedite

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate/Equivalent Required
• 1 year(s) of experience in shipping Required OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
