What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media / Digital Content Developer position at Healthy Boost?

We are currently looking for remote Social Media Developer
Social Media Duties:
- Daily: Respond to Customer all Feedback, Questions, DMs, Messages, Comments. Moderate comments when appropriate.
- Daily: Multiple posts across all relevant social media platforms sharing the brand message
- Monitor Amazon.com reviews, respond to questions, refute any erroneous or inaccurate claims. Insure any customers interacting with brand on Amazon see an accurate picture of the company and products.
- Monitor forums, comment areas on key blogs and other online venues to make sure brand is portrayed in a positive and accurate light. Identify key forums to sponsor and interact with.
- Execute all social media components of advertising campaigns.
- Identify brands to purchase/trade products with for social media cross-posting/co-branded campaigns.
- Develop working relationships with social media content producers for brands and individuals in the tactical, hunting and general firearms industries, biased toward high-end ($$$ and experience) user groups.
- Work with GM to develop email marketing campaigns that link website, social media and email together
Digital Content Duties:
- Sort, tag and maintain company image database in Adobe Lightroom.
- Constantly produce content to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Photograph new products and all product revisions. Edit to have a consistent look and feel across all images. Make sure all product images meet brand standards and additionally meet standards for the relevant platform the images are posted to.
- Maintain all photography, videography and related equipment for optimal function.
- Identify to GM any future equipment upgrades or new purchases needed to produce content meeting or exceeding industry standards.
- Assist in producing fresh and relevant images and other content for brand Website and blog.
Customer Service Duties:
- Handle all customer service items originating through Social Media Channels
- Cover ~35% of weekly call volume
- Assist Customer Service manager in answering customer questions, taking phone orders
- Help customers determine the appropriate holster for their firearm and application.
Ideal Candidate:
-Team Player or
-Works best in a collaborative setting
-Extensive knowledge of all Social Media platforms
-Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
-Experience with customer service and relationship based sales, particularly in a Digital Media context
-Experience with both Photo and Video content creation for web and print media.
-Associates or Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Marketing or Design
-Basic knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, PHP
