The Role: Dental Dreams actively seeks a motivated Campus Recruiter professional with college campus recruiting experience for our dental service organization (DSO). The Campus Recruiter will help execute the campus recruiting strategy and also support various aspects of the campus recruiting program. This will include: event planning, coordinating logistics for vendor fairs, engaging with students to generate leads, and collaborating with team members. The role requires a high level of organization, people skills, upbeat personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Execute the administrative support and operational elements of the campus recruiting strategy under the direction of the Senior Director of Doctor Recruitment &Relations
- Coordinate the implementation of campus events and programs. This will include, but is not limited to vendor/career fairs, lunch and learns, social events, campus interviews, and other programming
- Serve as a campus liaison with career services or other academic units necessary to build strong campus partnerships
- Develop relationships with student-led organizations and student leaders
- Serve as a brand ambassador with dental schools to build the Dental Dreams brand
- Utilize internal operations processes to track and report on-campus engagement and create new reports as needed
- Conduct on-campus presentations and social events at dental schools
- Other initiatives and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Be able to work full-time on-site in our downtown Chicago (River North) office.
- Travel to on-campus recruiting events. Must be open to overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 – 2 years experience in recruiting or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with the academic units at dental schools as well as the ability to connect well with students
