Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and artistry.
- Welcome guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences and menu offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the wine list, cocktail menu, and spirits available, offering suggestions and guidance to enhance the guest experience.
- Create signature cocktails or beverage specials in collaboration with the management or bar team.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar setup, stocking, and inventory management.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Bartender, showcasing expertise in crafting cocktails and extensive knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Strong understanding of mixology techniques, beverage trends, and drink presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide recommendations.

- Proficiency in using bar equipment and familiarity with various beverage recipes.
- TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service preferred.
