Heart of Hospice was founded in 2007 and currently provides care to patients via 12 agencies throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The Position:
The Manager of Volunteer Services will develop and maintain the training and orientation program as well as recruit, assign, coordinate, schedule, supervise and evaluate volunteers. And will coordinate support groups and education meetings. All through managing the budget and regulatory requirements. The position is essential to help grow our volunteer program by providing education to our families and community regarding Heart of Hospice and the unique services we provide.
The Requirements:
- Must have a College degree; advanced degree in human services preferred.
- Must have a Minimum of two years of Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience in Hospice sales is a plus
- Hospice and/or volunteer experience preferred.
