Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage program operations, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to program goals and objectives. - Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols. - Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. - Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships that support program goals. - Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Monitor program budget and ensure fiscal responsibility in accordance with organizational guidelines. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and licensing requirements. - Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities and behavior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work or behavioral health. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or supervisory role. - Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures. - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. - Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
