Sr. Financial Analyst, Decision Support

What you will do:   

• Prepare financial models and analytics to support strategic initiatives, identify trends and evaluate business opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
• Manage, organize, and update internal sales support data and third party market data used to support business unit performance and decisions
• Create dashboards and reporting leveraging internal financial data and third party market data to support growth initiatives
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Conduct forecast and budget variance analysis and provide insights to management
• Lead the monthly sales forecasting process for the business unit
• Participate in the development of pricing strategies and revenue optimization
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to various departments and stakeholders
• Understand and utilize business applications (i.e. Tableau, Salesforce, Onestream, TM1)
• Participate in continuous improvement process review, assisting in providing data and analysis for improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Minimum Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, data analytics, mathematics or related field
• 5 or more years of financial related experience including analysis of financial outcomes, market analytics, financial planning & analysis or equivalent
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial or market analysis and forecasting
• Strong communication, collaboration, influence and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills with demonstrated results driving critical strategies forward
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage project deadlines and competing priorities effectively
• Business acumen
• Ability to interact with a diverse set of leaders and members at various levels in functional areas within the business  
• Initiative to drive process improvement and corrective actions around opportunities
