Position Description: Home Health Aide (HHA) shall be responsible for assisting our residents in maintaining their total wellbeing by following the established Plan of Care, providing assistance with activities of daily living, social activities, dietary assistance, and Hearth Management’s Live More Philosophy.
Education/Training/ Experience: Prior experience providing care to elders either through family experience or privately hired in an individual’s home. Maintain current certification in CPR and First Aid. Prior experience providing care to elderly population is strong preferred. Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach, and lift items weighing 50 pounds or less; satisfactory completion of post-offer, pre-employment physical as required.
