Hearthside Senior Living, a retirement community with assisted living licensure, is currently looking to hire Part-time and PRN Resident Assistants (Must be available to work every weekends). Hearthside is unique in that it was designed with the health, independence and happiness of our residents in mind. You’ll find our surroundings are gracious and encourage relaxation, reflection, wellness, and fine living. Our team of highly trained professionals looks to welcome you to our building!

Available Shifts: Weekends Only -- 6a to 2p and overnights 10p to 6a

Skills:

Trained in required topics

Physical Strength and dexterity

Ability to walk/stand for long periods throughout the shift

Duties:

Promote the well being and functional independence of each resident by assisting with activities of daily living, including meal service.

Assist the residents in maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.

Assist the residents by observing and reporting any change in behavior and/or physical function to nursing.

Assist with bathing and grooming of the residents.

Practice safety by adhering to all procedures, including infection control

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.52 per hour

Healthcare setting:

  • Assisted living facility

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every weekend

Experience:

  • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Overnight Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
