Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently seeking a Transportation CNA to join our team! The Transportation CNA is responsible for coordinating and assisting residents to and from medical appointments! Apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Transports residents to various functions, events and appointments in a safe and timely manner.
- Clean and maintain all vehicles
- Assists passengers in and out of vehicles.
- Loads or unloads baggage.
- Ensures safety of resident at all times.
- Schedule medical appointments in timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and verbal communication skills with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications:
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Diploma or GED/TASC equivalent preferred.
- Ability to occasionally lift over 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, and engage in repetitive motion for extended periods of time.
- Ability to interact appropriately and professionally with staff, residents, visitors, vendors, volunteers and the public in person and via the telephone.
