Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process contracts, settlements, and payments for grain purchased by Heartland
Co-op from customers. Process truck and rail shipments, settlements, and payments for grain sold by Heartland Co-op. - Interact with customers on the phone or in person regarding grain bids, contract options, and buying grain.
- Answer customer questions regarding grain settlements and policies regarding docs, discounts, and storage rates.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and a friendly atmosphere.
- Other duties may be assigned.
