Heartland Concrete & Construction, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing company. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person willing to assist in many administrative functions, including but not limited to, payroll processing and accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
· Payroll Assistant
· Provide general support to office staff
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Assist in the preparation and data collection of time keeping entries for payroll processing
· Facilitate record keeping being entered into QuickBooks for all invoices received
· Present invoices into the QuickBooks system
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Liaise correspondence and complete lien waiver requests
· Execute specialized reports with senior management
Requirements and skills:
· Computer literacy is a must
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Proficiency in Gmail & MS Office (Emphasis on MS Excel)
· Attention to detail and problem solving/critical thinking skills
· Ability to prioritize duties while multi-tasking
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Time management
· Must take initiative
· Resourceful
