Job description
Heartland Express is seeking a Worker's Compensation Claims Adjuster for our corporate headquarters in North Liberty, Iowa. This is a full-time, salaried office position in a professional work environment.
The Claims Adjuster is responsible for investigating and managing all worker compensation claims for the company. This include taking initial claim intake, coordinating medical treatment, maintaining claim files regarding the progression of the claim, communicating with the injured workers, medical professionals, TPA's, attorneys, and other departments within the organization, as well as other duties as assigned..
This position requires independent decision-making with limited supervision, extensive attention to detail, and requires an individual be a self-starter with a positive attitude.
