Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed therapist.
- Assist in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitor and document patient’s health condition and report to the supervising nurse accordingly.
- Assist patients in prescribed exercises and techniques.
- Help in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to ensure their well-being.

Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team-centered environment.
- Strong observation, decision-making, and empathy skills.
- Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding patient safety and privacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proof of COVID vaccination.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
