Overview
We are looking for a Team Coordinator to join our team. This role will report to the Office Manager or Administrator and is responsible to maintain accurate and complete patient and employee records. To perform data entry, billing, and payroll processes according to company policy and procedures.
- Process discharged charts and maintain breakdown to close
- Set up files for new patients
- Mail initial Plans of Care orders for signature and track orders within state requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
- Prepare new hire packets
- Process references of applicants and conduct phone references
About You
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in an office setting
- Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic office skills with good communication skills and telephone technique
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
