Encore Infusion is seeking an inside sales representative for our new infusion centers in South Florida! Encore Infusion is a growing Ambulatory Infusion Center bringing exceptional, cost-effective patient care to the community. As a Center of Excellence, we are looking for valued team members to build relationships with referring physicians, medical care centers, pharmaceutical representatives, and patients. Position Summary
The inside sales representative is the heartbeat of Encore Infusion. Coordinating patient care with ordering physicians to promote Encore as an option to care for their infusion patients, the inside sales representative will foster relationships between physicians and their staff and Encore to ensure the best possible care for the patient and communication with the managing physician. Knowledge of infusible medications for chronic illness is a plus. The marketing representative must be willing and able to learn specifics of disease states across multiple specialties and how the medications treat the conditions.
In addition to working closely with Encore’s clinical team, the inside sales representative will be responsible for total account management, facilitating the process from first referral to completion of initial visit. Representative will also work closely with pharmaceutical companies to ensure that patients are educated on all possible support programs offered for their disease state.
The ideal candidate will have medical or pharmaceutical experience and knowledge of biologics and immunoglobulins. A background in medical insurance is preferred. Experience is not required. Individuals with outgoing personality, attention to detail, and a willingness to try something new are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish and foster relationships with area pharmaceutical representatives

- Initial point of contact for all inside and outside customers
