POSITION TITLE: Automotive Service Writer (Monticello) 

REPORTS TO: Service Manager

DEPARTMENT: Service

POSITION SUMMARY: The Automotive Service Writer acts as the liaison between

customers and the service department to ensure timely, accurate, service to ensure we deliver a "world class" experience every time. 


Essential Job Functions: 

  • Provides a helpful, welcoming, respectful, customer service while delivering a "We can do that attitude".
  • Combines advanced automotive knowledge with strong customer service levels to deliver a positive experience every visit.  
  • Leads and mentor's technicians as needed.
  • Creates and maintains workflow that leads to on-time service. 
  • Ability to road test vehicles.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment.
  • Willing to cross train in other areas of the business. 





Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales or service writer experience. 
  • Must posses a valid drivers license.
  • Strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stand on your feet for hours at a time.
  • Willing to "Just Say Yes" to business
