Job Summary
HeartShare is in search of an entry-level clerk to carry out diverse clerical duties in support of the training department. The perfect candidate will handle a range of office tasks, including filing, scanning, copying training materials and records. Additionally, the clerk will be responsible for dispatching interoffice mail as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishing, maintaining, and updating staff training files.
- Copying training materials for HeartShare's training sessions.
- Supporting the distribution of training records through scanning and emailing.
- Assisting in sending out training records via interoffice mail.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Vocational job training
