We are currently looking for a sales and call center specialist in charge of training and managing staff to handle sales and patient inquires.

This person will set, meet, and exceed goals by providing customers excellent service and helping motivate the team to do the same using key metrics.

This position will require travel in the following areas: Van Nuys (required), West Covina (required 1x/week), Culver City (optional) and Ontario (optional). (Will be discussed more during the interview). Mileage pay is provided.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience (Required)

Call Center Experience (Highly Preferred)

Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• have strong interpersonal and management skills
• work with other individuals daily, including call center representatives, customers and organization leaders
• set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for organizations' sales representatives
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Meeting planned sales goals
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation

Additional necessary skills include:

• Communication: use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills for communication with both team members and customers
• Problem-solving: problem-solving skills can help you come up with unique solutions
• Teamwork: responsible for not only supervising staff members but also for developing their skills and overcoming individual representative concerns

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
