Heaton Dainard Real Estate and Project.RE, a real estate brokerage and educational company is hiring a new content manger. The managing partner James Dainard is a full-time real estate investor and educator who creates investing content to show case their projects and to create content to better inform the public about real estate investing. James speaks at conferences, podcasts, and is regularly featured on Bigger Pockets. This role will work be working closely with James in maintaining, improving, and being the social media voice for the business and personal brands.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage postings for all social media platforms.
· Schedule and calendar posts for month.
· Booking podcasts for Managing Partner
· Schedule videographers
· Hire and manage editing process.
· Light videography.
· Editing.
· Content creation.
· Work with internal marketing team for email marketing.
· Coordinate speaking events
· Real estate educational content creation.
· Working with Real Estate team to create real estate content.
Competencies
- Highly detailed with strong organizational skills
- Strong computer, email, scheduling, typing, presentations, and mobile technology skills
- Strong writer.
- Editing copiabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, InDesign or other video editing software.
- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated

Salary Range: $50k-$70k per year depending on experience and expertise.
