What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Payable Specialist/Administrative Assistant position at Heavy Duty Equipment?
Heavy Duty Equipment is an award winning equipment dealer located in the heart of Chesterfield. We are a small dealer looking for someone who can wear many hats and do it with a smile. Must be detail oriented, with an accounting aptitude, basic computer skills, and a team player. Some of the job duties are entering invoices, reconciling accounts, check run, answering phones, receiving payments, bank deposits, process and report monthly sales, and assist and direct customers to the appropriate department. General knowledge of AR/AP, Journal entries and finance contracts are a huge plus, but will train the right person in any area where needed.
