Job Overview:
Heenan & Cook, PLLC, an established yet growing personal injury law firm with offices in Billings, Bozeman, Missoula, and Kalispell, is seeking a motivated and experienced paralegal for our Billings and Missoula offices (1 each). Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar and schedule court appearances and meetings.
- Draft legal documents and discovery responses for attorney review.
- Perform court filings across all state courts and the Supreme Court.
- Assist with case preparation and management.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a paralegal; litigation experience preferred.
- Familiarity with legal document drafting and e-filing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
Salary depends on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
