Hourly: $15.50 - $21.00
The base hourly range represents the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position based on the state average. The actual base hourly offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.

- Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls
- Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business
- Travel to other area branches required on an as needed basis
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time
- Prior experience in customer service or sales industry preferred
