At Heights Finance we service our communities by offering personal installment loans designed to help our customers get the money they need when they need it through all four of our brand names - Heights Finance, Covington Credit, Quick Credit and Southern Finance.
Sign on bonus of $3000 will be paid in installments within your first year!
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some occasional Saturdays.

- Greet every existing and potential customer in a professional manner
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current
- Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business
- Travel between Elgin and Waukegan is required
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- English fluency is required. In some locations, additional fluency in Spanish is desired.
- Required to have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
