WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a National Accounts Representative at Helget Gas Products, you'll be responsible for managing relationships with our high-level key accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding customer expectations. You'll monitor incoming orders and outage requests with urgency, track service metrics, and anticipate potential issues to prevent service disruptions. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve customer inquiries. With excellent communication skills and adaptability, you'll provide frequent updates to customers and team members, interpret data to make strategic decisions, and drive sales growth on a national scale.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in an advanced customer service or sales role preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and various levels of leadership.
• Adaptability and flexibility are essential for handling change, uncertainty, and pressure.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make sound decisions.
• Self-motivation and initiative are also necessary for working independently and proactively.
• Advance computer skills preferred with experience using Microsoft products
