Position overview
The Superintendent will oversee various job site tasks, including basement crack repair, residential waterproofing, wall anchoring, foundation Piering, concrete finishing, general construction, and inspection/repair projects. They will offer support through on-site field supervision and technical management, directly overseeing foremen and labor personnel. Additionally, they will aid in planning, coordinating, and executing work within specified timelines while prioritizing safety. This role also involves enhancing client relations and upholding the company's reputation, managing material inventories, maintaining records, and achieving quality, schedule, and budget objectives.

What this position looks like for you:
- Manage job site activities including basement crack repair, residential waterproofing, wall anchoring, foundation piering, concrete finishing, general construction, and inspection/repair projects.
