YOUR TASKS

Within the electronics division, you will be responsible for managing projects within our rapidly growing marked for steering/angle sensors. Steering/Angle sensors form a central component of modern vehicle steering systems and make a decisive contribution to vehicle safety and comfort. As part of the electrification of vehicles and new "X-by-Wire" architectures, they form a central component for the automotive future.

• You are responsible for achieving the goals of your projects in terms of quality, cost and timing with full project responsibility.
• In cooperation with your customers, you define the project requirements, which you continuously optimize with your core team in terms of continuous improvement.
• You will be involved in finding a technical solution for the entire duration of the project, from acquisition to project launch.
• In the event of a deviation from the target, initiate appropriate countermeasures so that defined, technical and qualitative standards are adhered to during development.
• Share feedback with your team and coach team members as needed.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
  
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive environment.
  
• Leadership and decision-making skills, very good analytical skills as well as negotiation skills and assertiveness.
  
• Effective communication skills and team spirit.
• Goal-oriented and structured working approach as well as high flexibility in relation to changing tasks.
• Strong commitment and initiative as well as a problem-solving hands-on mentality.
