As the Life Enrichment Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:

• Conducting assessments of the interests, functional levels, and the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of all residents
• Developing Activities care plan goals and approaches and communicate resident responses
• Encouraging resident participation in activities while respecting resident choice
• Interacting with residents, family members, co-workers, and visitors

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Licensed or registered by Indiana as eligible for certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist or as an Activities professional by a recognized accrediting body
• Two years of experience in a social or recreational program
• Year of full-time employment in an Activities Program in a health care setting
