The main focus of this position is to oversee the operations to ensure quality services delivery to all Clients, within contract, State, Federal and Company regulations, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Implements and interprets service and operations policies for all new contracts
- Communicate policies changes to the State Director/V .P. for changes and revisions
- Forecast on budgets relating to business levels and personnel needs to support local office compliance and growth
- Monitor growth and market share of the local offices to ensure growth from competition
- Ensure future profitability through performance reviews and routine discussion on branch goals and plans
- Motivate, resolve conflicts and make decisions based on company business practices and in the best interest managing the current business trends
- Organizes and administers all services and operation within the services area
- Responsible for overseeing the recruitment, screening, selection and training of all branch
- Directors with approval from State Director/Vice President
- Responsible for disciplining, and terminating employees with approval from State Director/Vice President
- Delegates duties and establishes proper accountability for branch management staff
- Supervisor and direct services and operations of staff
- Prepares and submits reports to the State Director/Vice President
- Maintains liaison with local contracting entity with regard to contract services and operations
- Prepare monthly billing report for the branch location
- Conduct internal branch audits every 6 months on each branch location
- Arbitrates grievances reported from field or staff personnel and Clients
- Assist the State Director/V.P. in developing a branch structure with will create profitable branches
- Monitor the RIA's to ensure rejects are maintained at 5% or less and 120 days maintained at 2% or less
- Motivate and develop branch managers to increase growth and business development
- Develop pay scale that are competitive with the current competition pay rate for the state locations with approval from V.P.
- Monitor and develop procedures that will stream line office operations
- Reports to the State Director [or/ Vice President as required
Requirements
- Minimum Five (5) years experience in social service administration and management experience with multi branch offices
- Minimum Five (5) years experience in the provision of Developmental Disabilities services to the elderly and/or disabled
- A degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess a demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate on-going services in a multi-phased operation
- Have a strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and Company rules and procedures
