Job Summary
The Supervisory RN will be responsible for monitoring the personal care, companionship and skilled nursing services provided by our company’s direct care staff. They will also coordinate clinical services and ensure quality care services are being provided to our clients. Duties for this role include performing in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs and conducting scheduled supervisory visits to our clients' homes.

Qualifications
- Current State of Georgia RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
- Experience working in Pediatrics and/or with pediatric patients
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB screening
- Valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to outlying areas
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work day shifts
- Availability to be On-Call
- Adequate computer skills and the ability to document information electronically on a tablet device
- Ability to function independently in a home setting
- Recognition of the needs and concerns of others, and the ability to build relationships with others from different backgrounds
