Accounting firm in Woodbridge is looking for a full-time assistant. The ideal candidate will be experienced with accounting for small businesses and the QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks and Sage accounting softwares. SPANISH SPEAKING is a plus, We are willing to train the right person who is motivated towards professional growth. Extensive training period will be at current minium wage per hour.

Requirements - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NO ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE.

  • 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online (preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who can work actively with accounting and bookkeeping staff.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $18.00-$25 per hour
