This team member will also build relationships with the clients and their local community to bring positive awareness to our business and the ASD community.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Quality Programming for clients:
- Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses
- Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client
- Develop and monitor data collection for all programs
- Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family
- Ensure that there are regular treatment integrity checks for all programming
- Operations & Supervisory task including:
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members while overseeing implementation of programs with clients
- Provide training internally to staff on the policies and procedures of HHF
- Provide a weekly update email to the team, including running weekly clinical round tables & holding office hours within the clinic as applicable
- Assist with Program Evaluations & RBT Quarterly Competency Assessments.
- Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting to the Clinical Director for resolution
- Assist in identification of best staffing for authorized services for client needs
- Communicate with the Regional Clinical Supervisor and/or Clinical Director on a regular basis and through various scheduled meetings
- All other duties assigned
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
- Valid BCBA Certification Required.
- Valid State appropriate license is required (PA=LBS, NY=LBA).
- 3 years in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT or similar role will count for newly certified BCBAs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for speaking with Clients' families and Session Notes.
- Confident communication skills for interactions with family members and caregivers of the client.
